Summary

I provide high-quality legal services to clients in various areas of law, such as civil, commercial, administrative, and constitutional law.
I specialize in criminal law, handling complex and sensitive cases involving human rights violations, war crimes, corruption, and organized crime, etc. I conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions before courts and other institutions.
I hold a Master's degree in Criminal Law from Universiteti i Prishtinës and Sapienza Università di Roma, respectively.
I have also gained valuable experience as a Legal Fellow at the UN International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals, where I assisted prosecutors in investigating and prosecuting alleged perpetrators of genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes.
Additionally, I have worked as a Legal Officer at Prishtina Basic Court and the Court of Appeals of Kosovo, under a USAID-funded project, where I supported judges in their daily tasks.
I am a Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung(KAS) alumna, an Erasmus+ Scholarship Holder, and currently a member of the European Association for Crime Analysts (EACA).

My responsibilities include representing clients during investigations at police stations, the prosecution, and in court proceedings. I draft legal documents, motions, and appeals on behalf of clients, ensuring their legal rights are upheld at every stage of the process. In addition to criminal cases, my daily duties also involve conducting thorough legal research and providing legal advice to clients across various fields, beyond criminal law.

  • During this month I supported one of the teams within the Immediate Office of the Prosecutor responsible for assisting national war crimes prosecutors and investigators in the former Yugoslavia
  • I had the opportunity to assist in factual research and analysis for an investigative case file concerning responsibility for core international crimes committed in several municipalities within the former Yugoslavia
