International High-Performance Taekwondo Coach and former Iranian National Team athlete with extensive experience in elite athlete development, national team coaching, and international competition.

As a national team coach, I have contributed to major international achievements, including Iran Junior National Team’s 1st-place team finish at the 2024 World Junior Taekwondo Championships in Chuncheon, South Korea, with 3 gold, 1 silver, and 2 bronze medals. My coaching experience also includes successful performances at Asian Championships, G2 international events, and other major international competitions.

As a former elite athlete, I represented the Iranian National Team and achieved international success, including Gold at the 2012 World University Taekwondo Championships, Silver at the 2012 World Cup Team Championships, and Bronze at the 2011 CISM World Military Games.

My coaching philosophy combines high-performance technical and tactical development, individualized athlete preparation, physical conditioning, mental readiness, match analysis, and long-term performance planning.

I have extensive international experience working with athletes and conducting training camps and seminars across Europe and Asia. My objective is to build high-performance programs and develop athletes capable of achieving medals at World Championships, Continental Championships, Grand Prix events, and the Olympic Games.
