· Provide legal counselling and legal assistance to asylum seekers and refugees;

· Conduct regular border Monitoring visits at the official Border Crossing Points/Green Border Zones;

· Ensure regular collection of relevant data and prompt reporting on identified Protection Incidents as per UNHCR's guidelines;

· Draft comprehensive reports and share findings with relevant stakeholders;

· Identify protection gaps on arrival, barriers to entry;

· Identify mistreatment, or any other incidents of rejection at the border human smuggling; expulsions, if needs not met;

· Identify, assist and refer persons with special needs, refugees not differentiated from migrants, unaccompanied minors, vulnerable women;

· Representation of the PoC in administrative and court procedures.

· Maintain cooperation with Border Police and other relevant authorities and establish communication with the local communities;

· Establish and maintain of cross-border cooperation with regional partners through engagement in joint monitoring activities;

· Design, organize and deliver trainings for stakeholders (BP, DMF)

· Assess, monitor, report and advocate on detention conditions, the needs of persons who are vulnerable or at risk. Proper referrals and advocacy against arbitrary detention and for the alternatives to detention;

· Monitoring reception conditions at Temporary Reception Center for Migrants

• Assisting and providing free legal to voluntary returnees and internally displaced persons etc.

• Assisting and providing free legal assistance of the underprivileged groups of society in Kosovo, particularly of the Roma Ashkalia and Egyptians Communities etc.
