• Organize outreach meetings, gatherings, and awareness campaigns to promote the Reconciliation and Conflict Transformation (RCT) Activity's goals and objectives funded by USAID;
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of social services on community, providing regular guidance and engagement with project partners and donors;
• Facilitate the application process for small grants scheme and monitor the grant implementation of sub-recipients;
• Engage in advocacy efforts to influence policy changes that support reconciliation and peace-building;

- Providing daily services to children with disabilities and empowering their family members' in partnership with Save the Children and financed by the EU Office in Kosovo.

- Raising the social welfare of children and adults with disabilities in the Mitrovica region' financed by The Ministry of Finance, Work and Transfers.

- Challenges of women and girls with disabilities during the COVID-19 pandemic in the municipality of Mitrovica', financed by Kosova Women's Network.

• Coordinated joint work with disability organizations and other partner organizations;
