Bekim Gashi

Full Professor specialized in plant physiology, plant biotechnology, and phenotyping. Conducted research on physiological and biochemical mechanisms that enable plant tolerance to abiotic stress, with a focus on rare and endemic Balkan flora, including 'resurrection' plants of the genus Ramonda. Authored numerous publications and engaged in national and international research projects, contributing to advancements in micropropagation and in vitro conservation methods.
