Founder and executive director of Postman, a leading postal and logistics company with multimillion-euro capital, operating across Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia.

I manage day-to-day operations, cross-border logistics, finance, and a workforce of over 400 employees across the three countries.

As the majority shareholder with 60% ownership, I have conceptualized and implemented two advanced AI-based solutions, including Postchat – an automated customer service and sales platform tailored for online sellers.

I am also the sole founder and 100% shareholder of PostmanShop, a regional e-commerce platform built to serve the entire Balkan market.

Currently, I am finalizing the development of an AI-driven system designed to connect major global retail chains with the Balkan region – and vice versa – establishing a digital commerce bridge between the region and international markets.

I have optimized internal company structures and introduced data-driven decision-making across all organizational levels.

Additionally, I have established strategic partnerships with regional and international e-commerce platforms to expand and scale our delivery and logistics services.
